Office Hours: one-on-one coaching in academic career paths and filmmaking.

G has been a trusted adviser for more than a decade, on both of our independent feature-length documentary films. Their expertise and wisdom on character, ethics and impact — in addition to their encouragement, care and support — have been invaluable to our process.
— Lance Kramer, Producer "City of Trees" and "The First Step"

For 28 years, I’ve worked as a Director, Producer, Editor, Screenwriter, and Cinematographer. For over two decades, I’ve taught thousands of students as a Professor, mentoring many educators into their careers.

When supporting someone wanting to change their career path, I often notice the first person they say “No” to is themself.

Find ways to say “Yes” to your goals and quiet the second-guessing that stops you from moving forward.

As someone new to screenwriting, my time with G has been instrumental in not only grounding my writing with better structure and character development, but also honing my unique perspective on universal stories. I am truly grateful for all their guidance, and I feel ready to do this work in earnest because of it.
